General Rules

 Parents/Guardians are not permitted to visit their ward directly in the class.
 Regarding the progress of the student, parents should visit the school personally.
 Only those Parents/Guardians will be entertained, whose reference is made in the admission form.
 No student should leave the school premises during school hours without the knowledge and permission of the Principal.
 The school is not responsible for goods lost. Students should not bring and possess valuable articles in school campus.
 Possession and use of mobile phone is strictly prohibited in school campus.
 No student suffering from a contagious or infections disease will be permitted to attend the school. After recovery a medical fitness certificate is to be submitted.
 School provides the best possible security and care to the children. In case a child is injured while playing, the school shall not be liable for any claims.
 Giving presents to any of the school employees either in cash or in kinds is totally prohibited.
 All school properties must be handled with due care. Any damage to furniture, fittings, equipments, books etc. will be recovered from the concerned student, besides punishment for deliberate damage or negligence.
 Students’ absent is considered as the matter of negligence, hence fine will be charged according to school norms. Guardians must ensure the regularity of their wards.
 If any information, document submitted by the candidate is found false, incorrect or misleading at any stage, his/her candidature will subsequently be cancelled.
 The school reserves the right to change, modify or amend the rules and regulations without any notice.

Payment of Fee

 

 The school fee is charged monthly. However fee for May-June & February-March will be deposited together.
 One may deposit one’s fee in advance.
 Fee may be deposited by the last working day of the month. Fine will be charged for the same as per the rule.
 There is provision of brother/sister concession in fee. This is given to the younger ones.

Attendance & Leave

 

 Presence of each and every student in the class room at the time of roll-call and in the morning assembly is compulsory.
 A student is allowed to appear in the Annual Examination only if he/she completes 75% of total attendance.
 The name of the student will be struck off if he/she keeps himself/herself absent for seven consecutive days.
 Presence in the school-function, co-curricular activities, sports, outings & excursion, extra-classes is equally compulsory.
 No leave application will be entertained if it is not signed properly be parents/guardian.
 Post dated application will not be entertained.
 A Class teacher may grant leave for a maximum of 3 days. Longer leave will be granted by the Principal on submission of sufficient reason thereof. No leave application will be entertained unless it is signed by the parents. During examination days leave is granted on medical ground only duly supported with Medical Certificate. Post dated application will not be entertained.
